Coastal RV Center - Solo Stove Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Coastal RV Center, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements:

Each participant is allowed one entry.

To enter the giveaway, contestants must provide their full name, phone number, and email address.

Entries must be submitted through the official Coastal RV Center entry form, available in-store or online.

All entries must be received by the end of the giveaway period.

3. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway begins on September 5, 2024 and ends on September 30, 2024.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prize:

The prize is one Solo Stove with a minimum retail value of $299.00.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

Coastal RV Center reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The draw will take place within 30 days after the giveaway ends.

The winner will be notified via the phone number or email provided within 30 days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, Coastal RV Center reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

6. Publicity:

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to have their name, likeness, and entry details used in any promotional materials related to the giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Data Protection:

Personal information provided by contestants will be used exclusively for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Participants may receive promotional emails from Coastal RV Center but can opt-out at any time.

8. General Conditions:

Coastal RV Center reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Coastal RV Center's decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final and binding.

By entering the giveaway, contestants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law:

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Carolina.
